What will not get converted by this utility: If a Unicode string has already been converted in some other form (for example ??????????? (question marks), or to an unknown encoding (there are dozens of encodings), it will not be converted by this tool, as this is strictly a 'Junked-Unicode' correction utility. To explain it further, if a computer system, or a computer programme, or a web page text box or a computer browser only supports the good old ASCII encoding, any Unicode text pasted into it will get converted to ????? question marks. These question marks are just question marks and contain nothing but question marks. And they are in ASCII format. If you will try to convert them you will only get ????? marks in return, as they had already lost all their data when they were copied to an ASCII based target.

A simple rule: A Unicode text changed from Unicode to 'Junked-Unicode' text will look like 'श' and not like the following:

 1. '¤¿' will not be converted (Corrupted encoding).
 2. '?????????' will not be converted (Data completely lost by copied to a target that only knows ASCII).
 3. 'ณจะต้องเข้าสู่บัญชี' will not be converted (not Hindi Unicode text).

निम्न तीन प्रकार के पाठ इसमें कनवर्ट नहीं होंगे-

 1. '¤¿' कनवर्ट नहीं होगा (एनकोडिंग करप्टेड).
 2. '?????????' कनवर्ट नहीं होगा (यूनिकोड डेटा सिर्फ ASCII को जानने वाले किसी सॉफ्टवेयर, वेब पेज, वेब ब्राउजर या आपरेटिंग सिस्टम में कापी किए जाने के कारण सिर्फ ??? चिन्ह में बदल चुका है। इसमें कोई अन्य पाठ बचा ही नहीं है जिसे कनवर्ट किया जाए। इसमें सिर्फ सामान्य प्रश्नवाचक चिन्ह मात्र हैं)।
 3. 'ณจะต้องเข้าสู่บัญชี' will not be converted (हिंदी यूनिकोड पाठ नहीं है। किसी अन्य भाषा के यूनिकोड पाठ कनवर्ट नहीं हो सकेंगे।).

आप का पाठ कुछ कुछ  'श'  तरह का दिखना चाहिए। अगर वह ऐसा नहीं दिखता तो मूल पाठ में समस्या है और वह कनवर्ट नहीं हो सकता।
